    fantastic location
    beautiful hotel
    outdated amenities
    service gaps

Enjoyed a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location close to everything, though the room left much to be desired with little space and outdated amenities. The pool was lovely, but service gaps were noted, and the vibe felt a bit off for the price.

    noise disturbance
    housekeeping issue
    overpriced market

The hotel offered a wonderfully comfortable bed and lovely bath products that enhanced our stay. However, we faced some noise disturbances from wedding attendees nearby, and housekeeping failed to replenish our coffee supplies. The staff was attentive and kind, which made a significant difference in the experience.

Great stay with a few bumps

We had a nice 5-night stay! Loved the location—super close to everything in the Historic District. The lobby bar was awesome for happy hour, and the staff was super friendly. A little bummed the bathroom needed some updates and the parking situation was a hassle. Overall, it was enjoyable.

    noisy morning

Had an amazing stay with friends! We enjoyed visiting the charming cafes and checking out the waterfront. The hotel is in a great spot, close to some fab places. The pool area was perfect, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely coming back for more fun in the area!

Our room was near a staff closet, which made it a bit noisy in the morning. Wish the walls were better soundproofed.

The kids absolutely loved exploring the charming cobblestone streets and hidden gardens of Charleston. We spent the afternoon at Riverfront Park, enjoying family-friendly activities and savoring delicious food truck offerings while the live music set the perfect mood for a fun day together.

My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities on-site to keep them entertained throughout our stay.

Had a fabulous time with my family! The pool and outdoor terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day of touring, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best crab fritters I’ve ever tasted. The only hiccup was a little confusion at check-in, but it didn’t take away from our great stay. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Riverfront Park and enjoyed live music, food trucks, and fireworks. The hotel had a great pool and a fantastic cafe with delicious coffee. Perfect location for walking tours of the charming streets and historic sites.

Housekeeping could definitely use improvement. Our room was clean but the attention to detail wasn't there. A simple oversight like used tissues left behind was disappointing.
